In conversation with India TV Chairman and Editor-in-Chief Rajat Sharma on Aap Ki Adalat, Gadkari claimed this was not how the Congress party used to work during the regime of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi.
